Final Day!

Aloha marshmallows, how are you? Are you happy because it's Friday? For me it doesn't matter because I'm off until September now! Whoop! So, as this is my new schedule, you all know that today is another blog post day!

Also...HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!! :D

Yesterday was a very special day for me and my friends, every year at my school we perform a long variety show in July to round the school year off, and this year was no different. Last night was the final school year performance, now you all know that I am 18 and in my last year of sixth form (Just left) & therefore this would be that this is my FINAL performance at the school & with my friends!

So every year, myself & my friends that are part of the musical, drama & art departments of the school all come together and create a variety show, sharing all kinds of different performances. However, this year was different, instead of art & drama being involved too, it was just music! So, we had performers...singing solos, duets & we also had the band playing, saxophones, clarinets & loads of other instrument solos!

For myself, Beth & Chloe (Pics above) we were going to be performing for the final time on our own & together in school! We had to rush to rehears for this show, we were running out of time this year but we pulled it together quickly!

Myself & Beth performed Coldplay's 'Scientist' & then myself, Beth & Chloe performed altogether. We performed a mash up of some of the songs we've ever performed together, which were...

Every year, without fail no matter what the reason, myself, Beth & chloe will perform together or do solos in the same concert for ANYTHING to do with school shows or concerts! It's a known fact, if there is a school show or concert, any time of the year...WE WILL BE IN IT!! 

 Of course, now this is the end of an era but Beth is moving on to Uni to study Music, Chloe is going to uni to study Drama & you already know that I am going to study Performing Arts! So, our performing days are NOT over, but for now altogether? they are!

These girls mean a lot to me, they're amazing & i wish them both & of course all of the others in these photographs, Jack, Laurence & Brandon & EVERYONE who I've performed with, THE BEST OF LUCK FOR THE FUTURE!! You're all amazing, especially Chloe & Beth!
